salary fraud, Unpaid Commissions & discrimination

I have been working with my employer on H1B visa since Nov 2002 till i left them on Nov 2005 . I was told I will be paid salary of $36000 per year plus commision & bonuses (as per documents filled with dept of homeland security) and I actually paid $18000 per year. Total amount due to me as per my calculation for unpaid salary, commissions and bonuses was 116,213.71.

I would like to take leagal action against the company and recover my dues.

Anything to confirm your written understanding (letters, emails etc.) of salary? Why did you work for 3 years at below agreed upon wages?
