Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa
I was a supervisor and driver at a company my license was suspended and I was fired after being on suspension for 3 months . My question is since there was ather jobs that required no driving wich I did them jobs still on occasion was it an unfair work practice to not give me that option?

Unless your termination was based on unlawful discrimination, or you had an employment agreement or were subject to a collective bargaining agreement, your employer could have fired you for pretty much any reason at all--or no reason at all, since your employment was considered "at-will."
