Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa
I am a temperory work, and a few weeks ago i got hurt at the place i was working at. couple of weeks before i got hurt,my girlfriends mom work with me and she got hurt, she had to leave for a while. while i was working there they were treat me like crap example: they got on me for every thing i did,even if i was doing it right. when i got hurt. i was rushed to the hosptail where i got 11 stiches, they send me to work at the temp. employement office and i remain there until they where certian i was able to work again, after a few weeks it healed,and i was able to work again so i went back to work. but i work only one day but after that they let me go even though a guy who work there got cut a couple of times and they still use him. i feel like they discrimated me because of my mother in law
