Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

I was a temporary employee. This week they authorized me move overtime, had me training two others, and then out of the blue I get a call from my temp agency telling me I've been fired for cause. I'm completely shocked and am not sure what the cause is. It's also with a major employer in the area which would make me not eligible for rehire with them or with the temp agency for me to be placed with them. Do I have any rights in Iowa to see documentation on why I was fired? I know Iowa is an at will work state, but this hurts my resume and I've never been fired before. Do they need to have documentation or at least show me in writing why I was fired?

I think they should. Your attorney can assist you in this.

Having an attorney bird dog this always carries more weight than a mere person.
