Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa
I am thinking about filing bankruptcy. I have in the past been called upon by my employer to use my personal credit card to pay travel expenses. I don't travel regularly ... once every couple years or so. Can I lose my job if I no longer have a personal credit card?

That would be up to your employer. Of course you could use a debit card or a prepaid visacard if you need a credit card while on the road.
