Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

If umeployment is trying to get me to pay back money 2 years later when it was their error how do I fight it so I wont have to pay it?

It doesn't matter if it was their error or not. If you took the money and they decided you weren't entitled to it after all they're entitled to demand the money back and you're not entitled to a windfall.
