Vacation pay at termination
My company changed its policy to NOT pay out PTO upon termination effective 01Jan2011. Then it started terminating people. Are we entitled to any PTO pay? What about the PTO that was accrued before the 01Jan2011 date?

You're talking in jargon. To me a PTO is a power takeoff.
