Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

I was written up at work because they said I was lying about an anonymous letter my administration received about complaints. I believe it is because the same day I was stuck with a stray needle in the medical facilitie and am now a liability. Is it legal for them to fire me over this?

Iowa is a right to work state. That means you can be fired for any reason, good reason or no reason at all, unless you have a contract of employment or are covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
