eviction

on what grounds can I have my 22 yr old stepson evicted? My wife refuses to make him move out. He is stealing things when I am out of the house. He refuses to pay any rent or get a job. what are my options, if any?

well, you have no legal responsibility to keep or maintain a 22 year old boy. You can simple ask him to leave but that may annoy your wife. you need to balance the two situations;
