Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
My landlord raised our rent about $200 dollars so we wrote our 30 day notice but now they are repairing our ceilings while we are still here. I work at night so I sleep during the day it could be done after we move out because its in my room but when I called to tell him about this he did not answer.
