I have $1200 worth of damage on my car. Lime had dripped down from the concrete in the underground garage onto my car. They don't want to claim any responsiblity for it. The apartment is upscale, and I pay for the usage of the garage. Do I have a legitiment legal case?

Perhaps- your 1st call should be to your insurance company. Then to LL's insurance co.
Were they on notice?
Negligent?
