Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
mother in-law has a habitate for humanite house.. she just died her daughter still lives in the house she is 21 years old. do we by law have to serve her with anevidion notice. For mason city IA 50401

I am not sure you have a right to evict her, which is what I am guessing you are trying to ask. Perhaps there was a will, perhaps the mother and daughter were joint tenants, perhaps the Habitat for Humanity folks have some sort of restriction. There is simply not enough information here to give you an answer.
