Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
I pay lot rent for my trailer in the mobile home park that i live in, and with that i get two spots for my car. the car runs fine the only problem is i lost my keys and i just haven't had the money to pay and get a new set of keys. is it legel for the owners of the trailer park to then tow my car just because i lost my keys.
