Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
we have a few people that ride there horses through are place at any ti me they fell like. We just want to know if something happens to them while on our place are we liabale!

If they are trespassing on your property you are not liable for any injuries that may occur. In addition, riding horses is a recognized dangerous activity and you might also have a good defense under our state's equine activity statute. I suggest you review the statute and post the appropriate warnings at the border of your property. See, Iowa Code section 673.1-5.
