Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa

My right to quiet hours

What are my legal rights as a tenant that is

living above other renters that fight at all

hours of the night and keep me awake?

I have spoken to the manager on several

occasions about this problem. No changes

seem to be made. There are 2 children in

the apartment with the people that are

fighting.

Write LL cert letter with a CC to you atty and a 7 day deadline.if problem continues, call the cops and then bring action to terminate lease. I have been a LL 25 years.
