Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
I currently rent a condo from the owner. sat I.got served his forclosure papers. do I have rights to get my stuff out if it gets foreclosed or a time period before I'm kicked out

I would start doing a few things. I'd start looking for another place to live, I'd start sequestering the rent in a trust account of some sort (in other words, not paying it to the landlord), and I'd rent a storage locker and move out everything except a cup, a spoon and a mattress.
As a tenant in a property that is being foreclosed on, you have no rights that anyone is bound to respect. I think I would probably call the attorney listed on the papers and have a heart to heart with them about this matter.
