Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
I rented from a man for two years and could not figure out why my electric bill was so high, until he evicted me when he sold the house. the electric was shut off after my move and he called me raising cain because when my electric was shut off he no longer had electric in his barns and his electric water pumps to wash his airplanes. Is there some way I can be paid back my electric for the last two years? I could not afford this, I and my wife are both on SSI disability
