Roof leaks landlord won't fix
Rented house for almost 9 yrs. Roof started to leak. Told landlord about it everytime it rained. Now where has leaked it has started to become covered with black mold. I am currently laid off & cannot afford to move. I have a 5 yr old child in the home also. What can I do? What are my legal rights?

Have an atty send Demand Letter, then call city/cty health inspections.
You may have to repair then deduct, depending on app. Law.
