Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
I tried to set up payment arangments for an outstanding judgment. I offred a monthly amount I could afford and it was refused. Can this debt now be wiped out because of this refusal?

Would that it were so, but no. The judgment creditor has the right to enforce it by garnisment and execution and you don't have a whole lot to say about it.
