Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Iowa
In the State of Iowa, can a landlord charge fees or accelerated rent if the rental contract is terminated? The only thing my contract says under termination is a 30 day written notice.

It sounds a little dodgy to me but your only remedy is to let the landlord sue you and stand on the contract of rental.
