Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Iowa
I was accused of sleeping on the job while in fact I was on break. There is a video of the incident also. I never received any verbal or written warnings. This was the first incident I have ever had. I found out that the video was posted on Facebook by an employee I worked with, without company authorization. It clearly states in the company rules and regulations that any documents or video has to be authorized to be released. There are witnesses that have seen the video.
How do I proceed with legal action if possible?
