Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Iowa

I had a needle stick injury at clinicals and my instuctor violated my HIPAA privacy, stating that all my test results came back negative and throwing my lab results down in front of 4 other students. Now she is failing me on my clinicals. Would I have a case?
