Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Iowa
amoxicillin vs Augmentin
I went to Walmart Pharmacy to fill a scipt for amoxicillin for my 11 year old daughter. Several days later I saw that there were two different types of pills in the bottle. Upon calling the pharmacy and taking the pills in I learned that they gave me a mixture of amoxicillian and augmentien.
Do I have a case?

Re: amoxicillin vs Augmentin
Maybe but probably not. What are the damages? Did the child suffer any adverse long term effects? If not then no because there are no damages.
