Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Iowa
I feel my thearpist is giving information only he would no to his daughter because I am dating her ex husband. She is sending me messages via my facebook that contain information that I told him is there any legal action I can take to stop him or at least report him.

The problem you have is proof. Unless and until you can prove that he did it there is little that you can do. Suspicion is not enough.
