Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Iowa
I recently underwent a saturation prostate biopsy on an outpatient basis at a local hospital in Des Moines, IA. Three days later I went to the same hospital's emergency room & was admitted to the hospital for a 9 day stay after being diagnosed with e-coli septicemia, a very serious blood infection. All of the doctors involved seemed to agree that I got the blood infection from the biopsy procedure. Do I have grounds to sue the hospital?

You need to talk to an attorney who practices specifically in the area of medical malpractice. I do not work in that field
