can a attroney cash my insurance check from an injury without my signature and then give me a personal check from his trust is check was no good personal he also did not show up to settle the case with me and husband sign check anyway to hurry and get his fee

If this is what happened, you might first try contacting the attorney. Perhaps the bank put a hold on the check he deposited, which would make the funds temporarily unavailable. If this does not solve the problem, you may need to contact the disciplinary commission, or have an attorney assist you in obtaining your money.
