Legal Question in Personal Injury in Iowa

was in a bad car accident 2 months ago and haven't decided if I am going to sue, the drivers licences was suspended and now they need me to sign a paper for d.o.t stating if u am sueing them or not will my answer effect if later I decide to sue

My advice is to not sign off saying you will not be suing. Instead I would say you probably will sue.
