Legal Question in Personal Injury in Iowa

My car was hit about 3 weeks ago outside the apartment complex i live at, it was a hit and run. I have already made a police report and spoke with the apartment manager. There maybe footage of the accident. I do not believe that the police or apartment manager are trying to help. My question is how do i get the footage of accident to take this to court?

Well, you're going to have to enlist the services of an attorney to write nastygrams. You might also have to sue somebody.
