Legal Question in Personal Injury in Iowa

I've been harassed and stalked constantly on Yahoo by Let Them Eat Koch for the last three or four days. I've notified Yahoo countless times trying to get it to stop. On every comment I make on any subject, he types in Mike = known TROLL. When I look at other peoples comments, he's stalking them also. Do I have any recourse? It's getting a little tedious.
