Negligence
We are in lawsuit with insurance company representing business that did plumbing and heating work in building. The negligence of installer caused total fire loss of large structure and all contents. Do we need to file an additional lawsuit for the negligence of installer?

Yes. If you believe a subcontractor or other entity was responsible for the damage then you need to sue them or bring them into the current lawsuit. Speak with your attorney about how to do that. Steve
