Legal Question in Personal Injury in Iowa
The paragraph below is section 3 of a proposed injury claim by a personal friend (undersigned) of mine that was injured in an automoblie accident in September 2009. My question is, does this paragraph subject the undersigned party to future litigation by the releasted party?
3) This release expressly reserves all rights of the Released Party to pursue his/her remedies, if any, against the undersigned or those in privity or in any way connected with the undersigned.
Thank you,
Robert
