Legal Question in Personal Injury in Iowa

I was recently terminated from my job of 5 half years. I want to sue my co-worker for malicous intent because she lied when she went to report me. The company said they had a witness then in the unemployement he said that the witness didnt see anything. This is her word against mine How do I go about starting this process. I can also get statements fromother co-workers about our relationship.

Find yourself an employment law specialist. I can tell you that Iowa is a right to work statre which means that unless you have a contract of employment you can be terminated for any reason, good reason, or no reason at all.
