Legal Question in Personal Injury in Iowa

small claims that doesnt exactly entice attorneys like yourself to helping those less fortunate what can i do since a) the defendant is selling his current residence and moving out of district b)since there is no public record of employment since he works for temp agencies and c) hasnt answered his notice of default or reached out to settle out of court.. What can i do now since i dont have the funds for private investigators and or attorney?

You're talking about collecting on a judgment. You can proceed to garnish. The supreme court has some advisories on the website on this subject.
