Your question, as stated, can not be answered. For what purpose would a power of attorney be used? What is trying to be accomplished by having one? What limitations are there with the power of attorney? Is the injured under any mental disability? If she has a judgment then why not just assign the right to collect on the judgment or hire an attorney, on a contingent fee agreement to attempt enforcement? A power of attorney may not even be useful in this instance.
