Legal Question in Personal Injury in Iowa

at a uncontrolled intersection I was 3/4 exiting the intersection while they were entering the the intersection to my right. they have insurance and i dont the insurance adjuster says im at majority at fault and i want to dispute it.

It's between you and the insurance company at this point but if you choose to dispute the matter you'll have to pay the litigation costs yourself.
