Only 50% of house

We bought a house went through realestate co found out only own 50% sold as clear title in Nov still can't get clear title What can we do?

Your question is a bit cryptic, but one thing is certain: You need to contact a real estate attorney immediately. This transaction should never have closed. I would be happy to assist you in this matter, but no matter who you decide to hire, I must urge you to act quickly.

This is only one reason why whenever you buy or sell real estate, you should always hire a real estate attorney. I know in many areas of Iowa, attorneys are not generally used for real estate transactions, except perhaps to prepare the deed and title guaranty certificate. This is not representation of any kind. It is document preparation, and nothing more. Basically they are acting as transcriptionists. The sooner attorneys stop doing this, and start representing sellers, the better off sellers and buyers will be.
