Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa
I need to aska question please. I bought a trailer three weeks ago. The fellow who sold it to me had told me that there had been termites and that he had been working on the problem and that it was fixed, but I needed to continue hte treatments, which was fine. However I went to move into the trailer and cannot because he did not disclose that the trailer WAS INFESTED WITH SAND FLEAS nor did he state that the property it self was full of fleas around the outside of the trailer. Doesn't the Iowa lemon law cover these typse of things, I can't live there at all, i went in and with a white body suit on to protect my clothes I came out black after ten minutes of being in the trailer which was all fleas on me and covered, I had to move in with my mom, however now I have brought thees fleas to her house and she is pissed. What can I do???? I need help

The lemon law such as it is only covers new cars or previously untitled cars. Private sales of vehicles are on an as is where is basis, and you take them with all their faults. You can sue for breach of contract, but you'll have to hire an attorney. Perhaps the best course of action would be to hire an exterminator.
