I bought a hose with my partner we were together for 11 years never married with two kids two months ago I took my kids and moved an hour and a half away just to escape his physical abuse ever penny that got paid on the house came from me and my family,he has not had a job in almost ten years ive been the soul provider of my family I have been at my job for 9 years who gets the house?

I think you mean "house" not "hose". Who's name is on the title? You will need to hire a lawyer and prove you provided all the money. You get the house if you can prove it.
