Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa

My brother, his 2 boys, and his girlfriend & her 2 kids moved into my moms house without any contract or agreement in place. They have been living there for 3 months. The utilities are in her name. A couple of nights ago they got into a physical altercation. She admits she was the one to make the first physical contact, but since my brother took off before the police came they never got his side of the story. She had called them to remove my brother from the house. When the police got there they saw the marks & took charges on themselves. She did not want this to happen. Now he's in jail b/c of Iowa's laws. The court has taken out a protective order so he is only able to go to the house 1 time to get his belongings & hand his key to the house over to the police. This house is my moms & it is intended for my brother & his boys to live there. How can we get her out? This is my nephews home and they should not have to leave it.

If your mother owns this house, you cannot "get her out."
