Death of buyer on real estate installment sale
I sold a property to a man and his daughter on contract. After 6 months, he passed away. The daughter wants to forfeit the contract. How do I get the property back into my name and remove his? I don't believe that the daughter has opened an estate.

You would be very well advised to contact a real estate attorney in your area. The daughter can quit claim her interest to you easily enough, but that won't take care of dad's interest.
