How long after the sheriff's sale do i have to move out,
for a legal eviction do i have 30 days notice?

I am sorry not to give you a straight answer, but the time frame varies widely. I have seen everything from a few weeks to many, many months. Not that it will do you much good at this point, one should always contact an attorney early in the foreclosure process, ideally, before you have been served with the foreclosure petition. There are many defenses available since many lenders, mortgage brokers, and closing agents were either sloppy or "flexible" with regard to laws and regulations.
