Re: foreclosure

Dear Inquirer:

Your request to the Court for delay of sale by the Sheriff or other public authority must be based upon a justifiable reason, i.e., you request foreclosure mediation, or are actively negotiating a sale, new loan or forbearance by the lender, or a short sale by another person or entity, or you have filed for bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankryptcy Court, which will stop all foreclosure and other proceedings against you dead in its tracks,(at least until opposing counsel obtains relief from the automatic stay provisions of the Bankruptcy laws.).

Please retain knowledgable, experienced Counsel to advise and assist you, ASAP. Good luck!

Sincerely, J. Norman Stark.
