Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa
I have a GPS that belongs to my ex-girlfriend. I obtained the GPS when I took her to the airport for when she was leaving for Costa Rica for the summer. We have since broke up and she is demanding me to mail it back. I do not want to pay postage. Am I required to mail it back and pay postage? Am I within legal rights to keep the GPS until she comes to pick it up? I have been cooperative in trying to set up a meeting for her to obtain the GPS, but she refuses to meet. Please advise. Thank you!

Just pony up the five bucks and send it to her. To be honest, you have already wasted more than five bucks worth of time just debating about it. It is just not worth your time or mine to argue about it. Show her who is the bigger person.
