Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa

Harassment

Our resident manager is telling falsehoods to our landlord. We have received e-mails and letters and have keep all documentation. I'm a 100%disabled navy veteran. Receiving Social Security disability and V.A. compensation. We have 6 grandchildren and have been accused of running a daycare. We cannot babysit in our duplex. Some rules apply to us and not all tenants.

What can we do, We are being single out.

I would suggest calling the landlord to discuss this. He or she is probably not aware of your side of the story.
