Home Renting

My husband and I rent a home, and whenever we are gone our landlords come into our house. Is that legal for them to do that with out calling or giving us any notice?

Probably not, unless there is some sort of emergency repairs they need to make. You might try googling "quiet enjoyment" to learn a bit more.
