someone wants to buy our home, now what do we do? do we find a bank to finance client, an attorney for something?

You should contact a real estate attorney to assist you. There are contracts and disclosures which need to be provided to the buyer, your abstract needs to be updated, payoffs obtained, etc., etc. You are not responsible for obtaining financing for the buyer, but there is certainly nothing wrong with helping out with that.
