Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa
In Iowa, legally married but not legally separated for over 3 years. Buying a house with mortgage solely in my name. Must I put him on the title/deed? Can he sign a notarized statement affirming he has no rights, legally nor financially for this property?

What is the problem you are trying to solve? What are you worried about? You won't be able to develop by yourself a "notarized statement" which has any legal consequence.
