Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa

A listing for a property says purchase includes stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc. The seller agrees to pay $2,000 toward closing costs with an approved bid.

Do I need to write all of this information on the offer?

If I don't write it on the offer, is it assumed to still be included?

The answer to your question is that unless it's in your offer don't assume it's included.
