Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Iowa
My mother lost a case regarding her house. Her attorney is holding the money owed to my mother from her selling the house to her sister. Does the attorney have the right to take out what she is owed or does she have to give the money to my mother since it owed to her and then let her pay her the money owed?
