Notice of Foreclosre
I was served a notice of foreclosure and to answer motion to file a written demand to delay sale. What do I need to do to file thewritten demand?

I would suggest contacting an attorney with knowledge of foreclosure defenses. It is absolutely amazing how sloppy (and sometimes fraudulent) some lenders, closing agents, and foreclosure attorneys have been. You may have other defenses.
